Alive! is a holistic practice, part of centuries-old wisdom traditions and supported by scientific evidence, to help you achieve this goal.
Alive! allows to express your Soul's perfection on all levels: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and sensorial. It offers effective tools that you can use on your own at any time.

We all have the capacity to do this work by ourselves, as our Soul will direct us towards the right approaches at the right time.
However, learning and practising these modalities and sharing the experience in an experiential setting with a practitioner or in a group can give you additional support.

All Alive! services are free, so they are as accessible as possible particularly to those without or on a low income, but donations are welcome.
My name is Vlada and "Alive!" is the result of my 16-year quest for the meaning of existence and a personal healing journey. During this time, I have completed training in a number of healing modalities, having also had practical experience with clients.
​
For 5 years, I have also supported people with complex trauma, who were homeless and had substance use, as well as an array of mental and physical health issues. To aid my work, I completed extensive training in mental health, trauma and psychosocial interventions, among others.

I have years of experience in supporting people from an array of backgrounds and it would be my honour to help you.
